Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Iris by OSIRIS (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

The Service

Iris is an AI front-desk and CRM platform: it answers and logs calls/messages, books jobs, and helps you manage contacts, deals and invoices. Features vary by plan and by the integrations you enable.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly of any unauthorised use. You must provide accurate information and use the Service lawfully.

Acceptable use

AI features

AI suggestions, briefings and replies are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are assistive only and are not legal, financial, or professional advice. Review AI output before acting on it. You remain responsible for messages sent and decisions made.

Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. Fees are shown at sign-up. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.

Data & privacy

Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy. You own your data; we act as processor for the contact records you store. You can export or delete your data from within the app.

Warranty & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OSIRIS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. We'll give reasonable notice where practical and let you export your data.
